Refund policy

Liquid Wave is in the business of making you feel amazing, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept a 14 day return for a refund.

​Returns Requirements.

We accept returns for change of mind, size changes and style changes. Due to high demand we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a refund 

You have 14 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you at your own expense.

Liquid Wave is not responsible for the cost of return postage. Please email Hello@liquidwave.com.au with your returns and order number.

Once processed the original payment will be refunded in full to the value of item(s) returned excluding shipping costs,  whilst we endeavour to process your return within 48 hours please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
